Operations Coordinator

Michael Balsamo is a co-founder and the current operations coordinator, managing the administrative heartbeat of the practice. From data entry and tech support to billing and backend logistics, he ensures the day-to-day details run smoothly so our therapists can focus on what they do best.

He joined the team alongside his wife, one of the founding art therapists, and is deeply invested in the long-term vision of the practice.

Outside of work, Michael is an avid gamer (Elden Ring fans, say hi), a devoted cat dad to four, an avid roller coaster enjoyer, and a lifelong music enthusiast with a soft spot for progressive rock and metalcore. Quiet and observant with a dry sense of humor, he brings balance, structure, and just the right amount of sass to the team.
