Sierra is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and a Registered Art Therapist. Their client-centered therapeutic style incorporates art therapy and other creative activities alongside traditional therapeutic methods. They are particularly experienced with trauma-focused techniques, DBT, and CBT. 

Sierra values building therapeutic rapport and creating a personal connection with each client. They focus their practice on helping each client develop and achieve their own individual goals. Sierra has particular experience with helping clients, especially adolescents or young adults, navigate anxiety, depression, and major life changes. 

As a member of the LGBTQIA+ community, Sierra draws on personal experience to connect to clients across the spectrum of sexual or romantic orientation and gender identity and expression. Their goal is to create an environment in which their clients can creatively explore and process any aspect of their identity or lived experience.
